Riding Motorcycles ποΈ

- It was time for something with drivers aids (traction control and ABS), a little more low and midrange torque, and more comfortable than my, now 20 year old, Honda CBR 600RR sport bike.
- 2026 Suzuki GSX-S1000
Playing with Technologyπ¨βπ»

- Kicking the tires on MacOS for workflows
- The transisition is far from easy
- I’ll make a post on “essential” Mac apps soon
Spending Time with Friends β³
- Like most summers, someone is always a week away from visiting.
- Paddle boarding, hiking, biking, golfing, dog walks, BBQ’ing, saunas, and ocean side breakfasts.
Cooking more whole foods for my dog πΆπ₯
- Reading The Forever Dog has me making more conscious decisions about what I feed my dog.
- His diet for the first 2.5 years of his life was primarily cycling various kibble, as he would quickly get bored of them, and keeping his weight consistent was a challenge.
- Over time, transitioning to more whole foods, he has become much less picky and his weight is very consistent.
- He loves baked yams, steamed carrots, steamed green beans, roasted asparagus, roasted spagetti squash, and even some sautΓ©ed mushrooms sometimes.
- He does not like hard boiled eggs (or any eggs for that matter).
- For protein it is usually a few pieces of a beef roast or a filet of salmon – plus some K9 Naturals Salmon & Lamb for a boost.
- There is always kibble in his dish, which he may touch every other day, but never finishes the bowl.
- He’s a very happy dog.
